The year 2012 marked the start of an exciting and rewarding career for my dad and I! We joined forces together in Real Estate!

My dad is a seasoned HALL OF FAME producer since 1979! He has earned the respect from over 1,200 past clients. My greatest real estate memories of my father growing up, was his big corner office. It had an ocean view and ALL his large gold cup trophies lined up on endless shelves in his office. There were so many! They started piling up on the floor! He was always on the phone talking to clients no matter where we were. My second memory was stopping at his clients houses to celebrate an occasion with champagne, apple cider (non-alcohol option) or what seemed to be, endless fresh caught tuna runs (fish that he just caught). They would get so excited to see him! Everyone loved my dad.

Years later, at 19 years old, I went for my Real Estate license. I started out in New Home Real Estate sales. I had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in the industry; William Lyon, John Lang, Brookfield, and Shea Homes to name a few. This was an amazing stepping stone that led to 9 years in Real Estate financing. Achieving “Rookie Of The Year” at WORLD SAVINGS HOME LOANS would be the first of many Top Producing Awards that I would earn in my real estate career.

In 2011, on Christmas Eve, God dealt me a sweet card. My dad was sucked off a cliff. He was hanging from a branch that caught his lines on his way down. The helicopter recovered his near lifeless body midway down the cliff at Torey Pines in San Diego. God’s grace and SCRIPTS Hospital saved his life. I would NOT leave his side in the hospital. In his recovery room, he looked at me and said “I made it baby! We’re going to be partners!”. At that moment, THE RYAN FATHER/ DAUGHTER TEAM was born!

Working with my dad has been nothing short of amazing! With our combined energy and expertise, we have been able to facilitate each individual situation. Coming from the same DNA, I have proven that the apple truly doesn’t fall far from the tree as I follow in my dad’s footsteps in Real Estate.

My dad and I are always working and on stand-by with our phones by our sides. I enjoy the outdoors, white water rafting, snowboarding, athletic competitions, and most of all; I loved volunteering for CHOC Children’s Hospital with my dog, Keki. Nothing gets my heart more than to see my dog distract the kids from their pain for a moment, comforting them through a scary procedure or watching a child fall asleep with a certain peace about them because my dog, Keki, was in their arms. Keki recently passed. I am currently in training with another dog to continue his legacy.

When my dad is not closing a deal or showing houses, he enjoys deep sea fishing, flying his paraglider, hang glider or ultralight trike plane. He served in the US NAVY as a hyperbaric welder.

Slowing down is not in our DNA! We love people and we love to win!
